Specific purpose: We offer resources, training, activities, mentoring, and support to women of all ages at all stages.

• No substantial part of our activities involves lobbying or political campaigning.
• Assets are irrevocably dedicated to charitable and educational purposes.
• Upon dissolution, remaining assets go to a similar 501(c)(3).
